Pink Martini
- 2 oz Crater Lake Vodka
- 2 oz Marionberry Puree
- 1 ts Agave Nectar
Directions
Mix vigorously in a cocktail shaker and serve in a Martini glass.
Marionberry Vodka Fresca
- 2 oz Crater Lake Vodka
- 2 oz Fresh Marionberries
- 1 ts Rose Water
- 2 tb Agave Nectar
- Ice cubes
Directions
Throw all ingredients into a blender and serve in a tall glass.
Death in the Afternoon
- 1 oz Trillium Absinthe
- 3 oz Argyle Brut Sparkling WIne
Directions
Pour the Absinthe into a Champagne Flute. Then add sparkling wine until the mixture appears milky and opalescent.
Bee's Knees
- 2.5 oz Bridges Gin
- 3/4 oz Wessels Family local honey
- 2 Lemon wedges
Directions
Muddle the Lemon wedges in a cocktail shaker with a wooden or bamboo muddler. Then, combine the honey with the Lemons and muddler a bit more. Combine the Gin with the honey and the Lemons and shake vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker strain, and serve in a Martini glass.
Lavender Lovely
- 2 oz Crater Lake Vodka
- 1 oz Lavendar Lemonade
Directions
Mix vigorously in a cocktail shaker and serve in a Martini glass.
Bloody Mary
- 2 oz Mazama Infused Pepper Vodka
- 4 oz Tomato Juice
- 2 tb Fresh squeezed lime juice
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Celery salt to taste
- Tobasco sauce to taste
- Assortment of pickled vegetables from Unbound Pickling
Directions
Combine the vodka, the tomato juice, the lemon juice, the Worcestershire sauce, and 1 cup ice cubes, and salt and pepper to taste, shake the mixture well, and strain it into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish the Bloody Mary with the pickled vegatables.
Chai Martini
- 2 oz Crater Lake Vodka
- Dragonfly Chai
- 1/2 oz Half and Half
Directions
Shake vigorously in a cocktail shaker and pour into a martini glass.
Hazelnut White Russian
- 2 oz Lovejoy Hazelnut Vodka
- 1 oz chilled Stumptown coffee of your choice
- 1/2 oz Half and Half
- Ground Cinnamon
